Hendre Vorster has practised for more than 25 years and handles litigation, commercial and property law, as well as legal work for schools around the country. Daleen Vorster has been an attorney for 28 years and runs the levy collection and debt recovery side, and also trains collections teams. The team includes admitted conveyancers.
Debt collection is the core of the practice. For body corporates, homeowners associations and sectional title schemes, the firm sends letters of demand, sues in the Magistrates' Court, obtains judgment and enforces it through garnishee orders or sale in execution, and appears at CSOS. The Vorsters also co-own Jumping Fox Software, a Paarl collections platform used by more than 150 schools, which hands overdue school fee accounts straight to the firm.
