Founder and director Bernice de Beer has more than 12 years in practice and holds full right of appearance in the High Court, where she handles High Court and Labour Court matters. She also runs the firm's debt review department and oversees the Ballito office.
The team includes Annarentia Müller, an attorney, conveyancer and notary with more than 15 years since admission, and George Henry Lyell, admitted in 1999, who ran Steyn Lyell & Maeyane as a director before starting G.H. Lyell Inc in 2013. Day to day the firm runs divorces, custody and maintenance disputes, protection orders, criminal and military law cases, property transfers and bonds, wills and estates, debt review, sequestrations and business rescue.
