She helped draft South Africa's first Carbon Budget and Mitigation Plan Regulations, has been ranked in Band 1 for environmental law by Chambers and Partners since 2015, and joined the SANParks board in 2025. The firm runs environmental and health and safety legal compliance audits with an electronic tool and trains managers on legal liability. It advises on environmental authorisations, water use, waste and emission licences and EIA appeals, does environmental due diligence on deals and on wind, solar and other energy projects, and drafts carbon credit purchase agreements.
