It describes itself as an all-female boutique firm. The director, Yulie Paizes, was admitted in September 2001 and has right of appearance in the High Court. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science and an LLB from UCT, an LLM in family and child law from UNISA with a dissertation on the legal position of unmarried fathers, and a 2023 advanced dispute resolution qualification from AFSA and the University of Pretoria, passed cum laude. She also runs a separate mediation and arbitration company, Conflict Dispute Resolution Services. Connie Nxumalo, a paralegal, is a DiSAC-accredited civil mediator trained through LEAD who mediates in isiZulu and English.
